The Keys To Dating Younger Women

When you reach a certain age and you’re single, divorced, or just out of a relationship, finding younger women to date starts to sound like a great idea.  Hell, it’s even hardwired into our DNA to seek out younger partners.  A study from Stanford University discovered that it’s in a human male’s best interest to try and date younger women:

Evolutionary theory says that individuals should die of old age when their reproductive lives are complete, generally by age 55 in humans, according to demographer Cedric Puleston, a doctoral candidate in biological sciences at Stanford. But the fatherhood of a small number of older men is enough to postpone the date with death because natural selection fights life-shortening mutations until the species is finished reproducing.

The trick when dating younger women is to know how to pick them up because it’s different from picking up women your own age.

You know the drill, you’re out somewhere and see beautiful young women you would like to talk to, but you are not sure how to go about it. It can be frustrating.

But don’t worry.  It is much easier than you may think. These few simple steps can make dating younger women a little easier.

A Different Mindset

When picking up younger women you need to understand how they think as well as the qualities they look for in a man. First, they do not need as much certainty as do older women. Actually, they prefer a little mystery and uncertainty.

They get bored if you lay all your cards on the table from the start. Keep some mystery, especially when it concerns the interest you have for her. She will become curious if you do, since this will make her think of you when you are not around. This curiosity can turn to into attraction.

As an Older Man, You Have the Advantage

Your age is not a disadvantage. Understanding this principle is the best way to pick up women who are younger than you. You possess the strength of character and maturity that can attract females. However, younger women also want a man who is fun and is a bit edgy who still has some boyishness left in him.

As an older man, your advantage is that you can revive or develop youthful personality traits. By doing so, you offer younger women the best of both those worlds. Just don’t overdo it and start wearing a baseball cap backwards or letting your pants hang down to your knees (this just looks ridiculous!).

Begin by doing things that increase your sense of youthfulness. Be fun and adventurous, since this gives younger women the feeling of not being with a man that is much older than they are.

It’s Not THAT Different From Dating Older Women

Effective communication (i.e. by talking to women and using body language)  is THE best way to begin dating younger women.  Communicating that you have a high social value is essential when knowing how to attract younger women. This shows them that you are the ideal companion for any woman.For instance, going to places alone demonstrates lack of social value. However, going to places in the company or others, especially women, preferably younger attractive women, demonstrates that you are a man of high social value.

They are much more competitive than you may think. If they see what another woman may have or about to have and it is something that they do not have, it makes them want that thing even more than before. Being in the company of other women demonstrates that these other women consider you attractive, which means you can offer them something of value and they want it.

The Plan of Action: Our Advice

Now you know that it doesn’t have to be “hard”. If you actually make an attempt to work at and practice these types of methods then you WILL see the results you want.  Just don’t expect to see them overnight.  It may take a while which is why now is the time to get out there and start practicing! Find a few women friends to go out with and practice some of these methods on them.  Make it subtle and don’t tell anyone you’re doing it.  Just keep it to yourself.   This way you can get an unbiased reaction and see what works and what doesn’t work.

When you find what does work keep it and build on it.  Get rid of anything that doesn’t work.  If you find that your strong suit is being funny then stick with that.  If you are more interesting than funny then you want to work with that.  Always build on your strong points and move the focus away from your weaker ones. Some younger women don’t particularly care to date men their own age or younger because they feel they are too immature.

Because of your age you have an advantage over younger men. Use your experience that you’ve gained over time. She knows that you’ve experienced more in life than her and she’s going to look for that. In other words, be wise and thoughtful instead of rash and overly emotional. Be understanding and open rather than judgemental and aggressive. What comes to mind for me are the ads for The Most Interesting Man In The World from Dos Equis beer (he always has younger, beautiful women around him). Envision yourself as this man. Think of yourself as infinitely interesting because of all of your “worldly” experience. When learning how to pickup girls you need to start building your confidence.

Work on it and as you progress branch out and begin approaching younger women while you’re out.

Try some activities that you may never have thought of that may make you “cool” in the eyes of younger women:  Surfing, skydiving, martial arts/boxing, poetry, foreign language, cooking, painting, exercise, nutrition, music (learn how to play the guitar!), etc.

Here Are Some Additional Tips:

1. Don’t mention the age difference. If she doesn’t seem to be interested in the age difference, leave it alone and don’t bring it up.

2. Be generous. Don’t be afraid to spend a little money on her. Guys her age may not have a lot of cash so she may be used to paying for, or splitting dinners. Don’t buy her everything, but don’t hesitate to pay for dinners, drinks, movies, etc.

3. Don’t brag about other younger women you’ve dated. Don’t talk about how she’s not the youngest person you’ve dated. Being with an older man makes her feel special and if you tell her you’ve been with younger women or other younger women then you’ll ruin it for her.

4. Don’t be co-dependent. A lot of younger guys are very “clingy” and insecure. This is a HUGE turnoff to women. Be available when dating younger women. That’s enough.

5. Be careful around her friends. Her female friends (and especially her male friends) may question your motive. Just be nice and well-mannered.

6. Be a gentleman. Hold the door and pull out her chair. Offer your coat if she’s cold. Provide your arm while you walk down the street. Most women think that chivalry is dead so if you show a little she’ll be blown away by it.
